Product prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (DH), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs may be added according to your city and the total order amount.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and discounts at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order already confirmed by our team.

6. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, phone number, city, and delivery address.

After receiving your order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the information before shipping.

Submitting an order through the website does not always guarantee final acceptance. An order becomes confirmed after verification by NovaGear Store.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel or change an order before it is shipped.

Once the package has been handed to the delivery service, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

NovaGear Store may cancel an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, invalid customer information, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Morocco.

The customer must pay the confirmed order amount when receiving the package from the courier.

Customers who repeatedly confirm and refuse orders without a valid reason may have future Cash on Delivery orders limited or refused.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are explained in our Shipping Policy.

  • Casablanca: Delivery usually within 24 hours
  • Other cities in Morocco: Usually 1 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, bad weather, remote locations, courier delays, or periods of high demand.

10. Customer Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct phone number, city, and delivery address.

NovaGear Store is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Return requests must normally be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Products that are opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or returned without prior approval may not be eligible for return.

12. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the product, brand, and stated warranty period.

Warranty may cover eligible manufacturing defects confirmed after inspection.

Warranty does not normally cover:
