At NovaGear Store, we work hard to deliver your gaming gear quickly and safely. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

1. Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Casablanca: Delivery within 24 hours.
  • Other cities in Morocco: Delivery within 1 to 3 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, bad weather, remote-area deliveries, or periods of high demand.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery service may contact you before arrival.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Casablanca: 20 DH
  • Other cities in Morocco: 35 DH
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over 1199 DH

The final shipping cost may be displayed during checkout or confirmed with you before shipment.

4. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery across Morocco.

You pay for your order when you receive the package from the delivery courier.

Please make sure your phone number, city, and delivery address are correct to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can contact our support team to request an update about your delivery.

Please provide your full name, phone number, or order number so we can help you more quickly.

6. Delayed Orders

Delivery may sometimes be delayed because of the shipping company, public holidays, bad weather, remote locations, high demand, or other unexpected situations.

NovaGear Store will do its best to assist you and provide available updates about your order.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct phone number, city, and delivery address.

NovaGear Store is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer does not answer the courier, refuses the package without a valid reason, or provides unavailable contact information, the order may be returned.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests another delivery attempt.

9. Package Inspection

Please inspect the outside of the package when it arrives.

If the package appears seriously damaged, contact our support team as soon as possible and provide clear photos before opening it.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A short video when necessary
